CNC Automatic Lathe|What product is suitable for walking scheming machine?
The core machine is also called the core CNC lathe, the slitting lathe, and the turning-milling CNC CNC machine tool. Unlike ordinary CNC lathes, compound processing such as turning, milling, drilling, boring, and tapping can be completed at the same time.
Centering lathes are usually used for bar processing of small parts, in large batches, and most of them are one-time forming parts. It only needs to involve bar processing, and the diameter (not more than 32) should not be too large. The centering lathe has a great advantage with the feeder (because the centering lathe must be equipped with a feeder for processing), so it is a small independent production line. Both processing speed and labor cost have advantages.
The key to the walking machine is limited by the diameter of the material. Usually, the core lathe can only process parts with a diameter of 20 meters. I only saw a 32mm diameter walking lathe in the data.
If the parts processed by the core machine are difficult to compare with the processing accuracy, processing speed, and cutting machine, the key advantages are as follows:
One-time clamping and non-stop spindle can turn parts with a length of more than 200mm. If you are a 5mm length car, you can turn the tool and move, but you can turn it out with one effort.
20~30 parts need to be stopped for feeding.
The material is fixed in the nearby position when cutting by the centering lathe, so the rigidity is very good. Think about how good the rigidity will be after the tool is attached to the clamping position a few millimeters for turning after your lathe is clamped.
The core moving machines are integrated turning and milling, and the complexity of one-time processing is not as complicated as the original old-fashioned automatic car. We usually call it a cam locomotive lathe. And nowadays a large number of CNC automatic lathe are called centering lathes or slitting lathes. The spindle Z moves forwards and backwards, the tool can move X, Y, can complete three-dimensional processing, one-time forming.
